- market relevant JaydenART® Website services where allowed by law and your communication choices.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR require a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract, such as providing services you ordered;
- legitimate interests, such as securing services, preventing fraud, improving support, and operating our business;
- consent, such as optional marketing emails or non-essential cookies where required;
- compliance with legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, domain-registration, consumer-protection, or law-enforcement obligations;
- protection of vital interests or public interests where applicable.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- hosting, data-center, control-panel, CDN, infrastructure, backup, security, and monitoring providers;

- payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention services, accounting providers, and tax tools;
- email, helpdesk, live chat, CRM, analytics, cookie-management, and communication providers;
- SSL certificate authorities and other third-party product providers when you order or use those services;
- professional advisors, insurers, auditors, legal counsel, and compliance providers;
- government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, or services;
- buyers, successors, or advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. If we ever use advertising or analytics technologies that are legally considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, we will provide required notices and choices.
6. Domain Registration Data
Domain registration requires certain personal information to be shared with registries, registrars, escrow providers, ICANN-related systems, and domain compliance processes. Some domain information may be published or made available through WHOIS/RDAP or similar services depending on the TLD, registry rules, privacy/proxy availability, and applicable law.
Domain privacy or proxy services may reduce public display of registrant information, but they may not be available for all TLDs or all situations.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and device or browser signals. Strictly necessary technologies help JaydenART® Website provide secure sessions, account sign-in, carts, service delivery, abuse prevention, and fraud screening. They operate because they are necessary to provide or protect services you request and cannot be disabled through our consent tool.
Optional technologies remain off until you make a choice. Our categories are:
- Strictly Necessary: secure sessions, sign-in, carts, service delivery, security, abuse prevention, and fraud screening;
- Preferences: optional language, appearance, and display choices;
- Analytics: aggregated website-use and performance measurement;
- Marketing: advertising, campaign measurement, or cross-site personalization.
Our banner provides equally accessible choices to Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. Optional categories are not preselected. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months unless you clear browser data or we make a material change that requires a new choice. You can withdraw or change consent at any time through the Cookie Settings button. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
We honor supported Global Privacy Control signals by keeping marketing technologies off while the signal is active. We do not currently sell personal information for money or run targeted-advertising cookies. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent account, cart, security, or service functions from working correctly.
Current strictly necessary technologies may include WHMCS session and security cookies, the cookie-choice record, and fraud-prevention or abuse-prevention tools. We will update this Privacy Policy before introducing materially different analytics or marketing technologies.
8. reCAPTCHA, Fraud Prevention, and Security Tools
We may use tools such as Google reCAPTCHA, FraudLabs Pro, fraud screening, rate limiting, email verification, malware scanning, and abuse monitoring to protect accounts, forms, orders, and services. These tools may process IP address, device information, browser signals, interaction data, and security-related information according to their own privacy terms. We treat protection that is reasonably necessary to secure requested services as strictly necessary and limit it to security and fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Email and Marketing Choices
We may send transactional and service-related messages, such as invoices, renewal reminders, security alerts, account notices, support replies, and important service updates. These messages are necessary for the services and may not include an unsubscribe option.
Where allowed, we may also send marketing emails about JaydenART® Website services. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service, billing, security, or legal notices.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, supporting customers, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, complying with tax/accounting obligations, and meeting legal or registry requirements.
Retention periods vary by information type. For example, billing records may be kept for tax/accounting periods; support tickets may be kept for service history; domain registration data may be kept according to registrar/registry rules; backups and logs may be kept for shorter operational periods unless needed for security, legal, or support reasons.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These may include SSL/TLS, access controls, authentication, monitoring, backups, least-privilege practices, fraud prevention, and security review.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password, devices, email account, website software, and authorized users secure.
12. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries where we, our providers, domain registries, registrars, infrastructure partners, payment processors, or support tools operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from your country.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments, standard contractual clauses, provider compliance frameworks, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- request restriction or objection to certain processing;
- request portability of certain information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of certain marketing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing uses where applicable;
- appeal a privacy-rights decision where required by law.
To make a privacy request, contact us at Privacy@JaydenART.Website. We may need to verify your identity and account authority before responding. Some information cannot be deleted if we need it to provide services, comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or meet domain-registration obligations.
14. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Notices
Some U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, provide residents with rights and require notices for certain businesses. If those laws apply to JaydenART® Website and to your information, we will honor applicable rights and provide required choices.
Categories of personal information we may collect are described in Section 1. Purposes are described in Section 3. Categories of third parties that may receive information are described in Section 5.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
Where applicable law requires it, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, our consent tool keeps marketing technologies off when such a signal is present and provides a persistent way to review your choices.
15. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Similar Regions
If you are in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a region with similar privacy laws, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
For customer account and service administration, JaydenART® Website generally acts as a data controller. For website, email, database, hosting, or customer content that you upload and control through your services, we may act as a processor or service provider on your behalf, depending on the service and facts.
If you need a data processing agreement for business use, contact us at Privacy@JaydenART.Website.
16. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
17. Third-Party Websites
Our website and services may link to third-party websites or use third-party integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites. Review their privacy policies before using them.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced by email, client-area notice, or website notice where appropriate.
